Ano ba ang percent, singular or plural? Hehe!!! Alam nyo ba na ito ay pwedeng pareho. It depends on what it's a percent of:

Thirty percent of the oranges are gone.
Thirty percent of the orange juice is gone.

Ang galing, di ba? Pareho din ba yan sa fraction? Oo naman!!!

One-fourth of the voters are undecided.
One-fourth of the electorate is undecided.
